This is probably already answered, but just don't get it right.
We hava a Jira Server (as well Software as ServiceDesk). The latter works fine.
But I want to prevent jira users to accidentally hit the top Create Button, while watching a JIRA devel projects. I.e. Tickets are free to watch, but not participate in.
Is there a way for doing that.? I am aware of roles, permissions and Issue Security level.
The latter seems to administer the view rights for issues, but that is my problem.
Please, can you give me some tips and tricks?
You need to remove the create permission from them.
