If Your Board is in a Team-Managed Project:
Go to Your Board, then click on Project settings at the bottom of the sidebar.
Choose Board, and look for a delete option. Confirm the deletion.
If Your Board is in a Company-Managed Project:Open the Board and click on the "..." button at the top-right corner.
Select Board settings, find the Delete board option at the bottom, and confirm.
Note: Deleting a board doesn't delete its issues or the project. You need to have the right permissions to delete a board. If you can't find the delete option, you may need to ask a Jira admin for help

Browse your site URL mean that you need to open your jira in web browser.
