Hi @Sherry Nightingale Please follow the below steps:

  • Browse your site URL
  • Navigate to Your work -> Boards -> View all boards
  • Find the board that you want to delete. Click on three dots beside the required board and select 'Delete'. The board will be deleted successfully.

Regards

Ravina

Hey Ravina

Not sure what you mean by 'browse your URL'?

Thanks

If Your Board is in a Team-Managed Project:
Go to Your Board, then click on Project settings at the bottom of the sidebar.
Choose Board, and look for a delete option. Confirm the deletion.

If Your Board is in a Company-Managed Project:Open the Board and click on the "..." button at the top-right corner.
Select Board settings, find the Delete board option at the bottom, and confirm.

Note: Deleting a board doesn't delete its issues or the project. You need to have the right permissions to delete a board. If you can't find the delete option, you may need to ask a Jira admin for help

Thank you but when I go to the ... I don't get the delete board option - I am working in a 'company managed project'

then it is because you do not have the necessary permissions. Ask an Admin.
