One client is using 'Email Helpdesk for JIRA', it works fine, but they are complaining that after the plugin gets the email and create the issue, the email continues on the inbox and every minute (as configured), the plugin scan the email again and creates another issue over and over again.
Is this function to delete or move the email configured on the plugin or by the email server side settings?
I see on the plugin log tab messages like this "Unexpected error handling message" after creating the issues.

Hi, initially if everything is working fine the email should be deleted automatically, but it seems that there is some error according to the log messages you mention...
