We need to activate the internal note as it's causing a lot of confusion.

But on my side the option is not modifiable even if I am an Admin of our atlassian account...
Please help! This is really annoying a lot of people in my company!
I can see this topic is frustrating. While the linked solutions seem to have worked for some users in on-oprem (Jira Service Desk, Server) it looks that on Cloud the option is just not available.
Testing on my cloud instance I was not able to deactivate it either.
