Date Time format for worklog field

Date Time format for worklog field

I've got my date/time format set to dd/MMM/yyyy

but some fields are still following the US time format of mm/dd/yyyy e.g.:

According to advanced settings blurb, it should follow my language, which i changed to English UK, but no effect:

Anyone know if these fields are actually able to follow the language pref settings?

I have the same issue and I think it is a straight up bug that the worklog is not honouring that system setting. I don't think this area gets it reported as a fault though ... so the problem will remain?
