We're currently trying to migrate to the cloud. The execs are concerned that Jira will datamine our information to sell us addons and/or products similar to what we have or sell/inform others of this information.  We've actually had an instance of this with another company we use. 

Could I get an assist by being pointed the right information to reassure them?  I've put in requests for a sales person to contact me and they never have.
