Customized availability calendars for each resource WBS Gantt Chart

Hi, I use WBS Gantt Chart and I have a question about resources. Is it possible to create customized availability calendars for each resource? And, if so, do these calendars interact with scheduling? 

Let's suppose to have a task A which has a duration of 4 days and to have a resource R that works only on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. We assign task A to resource R. Does the app automatically schedule the task end date knowing this informatio (so if I start on Monday, this task will finishin on the following Monday, i.e. 4 working days for our resource A)?
