Hi I am wondering if there is an option to add more fields to a customer's issue view.
There is a small diffrence between filtering through "My requests" and "Issue view", I am missing priority and dates columns.
Is there any way to add them to the issue view for customers? Thank you for help.
Unforionally you can't achieve this at the moment without using additional add-on
