Customize Customer Portal Homepage and global Help Center Homepage

I have a requirement to customize the current home page which shows Popular projects and Recent ones along with an option to create new issue. 

Based on the feedback to restructure the home page to show:

  1. Only two kind of projects on JSD home page - either IT SD or Non-IT SD . Home page design to be in alignment with IT SD design
  2.  Bring Requests button on top  into main page Search bar - To search for any ticket by number that has already been entered by a user

3. Logged in user's most 3 recent tickets either open ,in-progress or closed in to main page.

Your suggestions would be helpful.spending money like 4000$ for Onetime use to change homepage or can we makes changes in default Jira or is Atlassian having other kinds of Homepage formats to select for free if we contact them.

Client’s requirement is to bring MY Requests and Search in to main page below Recent. Anyone know is it thru plugin or we can script for that requirement or is there other option.

Vira,

  • Only JIRA administrators can brand the help center, as it's a global page.
  • Both JIRA administrator and JIRA Service Desk Admin can brand customer portal.
