The request screen on the customer side after an issue is submitted is extremely limited in the information it provides. For example, when an agent is assigned to an issue, the assignee does not show up on the customer's request page. There is no addition to the customer's activity feed either. How can I customize the request screen to show information our customers need?
Hi, it is not allowed by default to display Assignee value on customer portal. I think that one of the solutions is:
