Customer Specific Reporting

How do I report on customer XX stats.  Prior to meetings we prep reports, how many tickets for xx customer, how many tickets achieved SLA.   These reports seem to only show the entire JSD?

Karen,

Your question is a bit too vague. JSD has the ability to create dashboards that likely would meet your needs but these are not visible to the customer directly. Unsure if your reports are for internal or external consumption. There is also a reports section w/in JSD that you an use to create customer specific views. In summary, the answer will depend on precisely what you want to report on, who the audience is and the format desired. I would suggest you start w/ the documentation to understand what JSD offers.
