We have custom field called Dev + QA Release, once we enter the date it should not allow field to be re enter the date again , if anyone try to re enter the date then it should generate notification or error message like you need a approval to re enter date and once approver approves this then field should allow to re enter the date.
Please help me with this functionality if its available in JIRA Cloud.
