Custom Field for Infotexts possible?

Hi, in JIRA Server We used a Script Runner Customfield to render HTML. We used it to provide Infotexts between other customfields to give the user context information.

It looked like this.

We dont need Scriptrunner in Cloud anymore. So I am searching a solution to render (Rich-)Text in Read Only Customfields.

Does anybody know a plugin or native feature to achieve that?

Hi @Lars Swart,

Jira cloud has a message custom field available that you should be able to use for this use case. The default value you set in the field configuration will appear as the message. There's to flavours of the field available:

You can find this field type when creating a new custom field under advanced field types.

Hope this helps!

Thats a good solution. Than you very much Walter!
