I created a custom field and added it to the screen. It's required to fill in but after it's filled in and that step is passed, the information is not showing in the Tickets Detials.
I have to go to the button and under Activity -> select All to see that this was edited and what text was added.
How can i get this added into the Ticket's details?
I have just tried this on hosted service, it will display a custom field in the Details section, in a pane directly underneath. The only requirement is data in the field. If no data is saved within the custom field it will not be displayed.
