Criteria for Triage a ticket

When I move a service desk ticket from Untriage to Triage, I would like to also ensure that a component has been selected as well. So a ticket cannot be triaged until a component has been aded.

just add a Validate step to your workflow. Edit the workflow, click on Validate for the transition to Triage, click on Add Validator, select Field Required Validator, select Component
