Creating child issues stopped working

I am Admin and have created hundreds of Child issues to my Issues. All of a sudden I cannot create child issues. See screen shot

Thank you. It worked. Not sure why it is only now an problem as I have created hundreds of Child Issues without problems.

The error suggests removing the required fields from the create step, you can add these as conditions for the next transition in your workflow.
