Creating a report based on the "reporter"

Hi,

Currently running a service desk that deals with maintenance requests from a number of different clients. I am trying to run a report based off "reporter" for each client. 

I have tried to create a report with the JQL query  based off the @domain.com that the clients use to send in tickets. This will allow us to create reports based off company and how many tickets they have raised and how many have been resolved. 

Below area few of the tried JQL queries.

reporter = "@domain.com"

reporter ~ "@domain.com"

Welcome to the Community!

Unfortunately, you would not be able to use the reporter field in this way.  One option is to use Organisation to group your reporters, or alternatively you could create a custom field for this.
