Create tickets from mails from systems

We would like to receive mails from systems such as a firewall that are then automatically created in Jira as a ticket and various fields should be filled in, such as the impact (for a change). Where can I find the settings to create a ticket in Jira by forwarding an email? And how do I get some fields to be filled?
