Create new workflow programmatically in the jira cloud add-on

Hi. 

Do we have any way to create a new workflow programmatically with add on for jira cloud ? We don't have any rest api to do that :(

Hi,

you can't create or change a workflow (scheme) outside the admin console. 

Creating and changing a workflow is a complex thing, there are a lot of dependencies and checks for that action.

Why do you want to do that? Maybe there's another solution for your problem.

I want to develope a cloud plugin that can create workflow from XML (this XML is generated by another Jira instance) :(. Are there any workaround for that ? Thanks
