Create Issue Pop up showing two different views

Hi all. I have created a new board a team member. When I navigate to the board and click 'Create' i get the below pop up window, which shows me all the necessary fields

My team member (Ben) however when he does the same action gets a limited view. I am not sure what setting has been enabled for me to be able to see this and for my team member to have limited view. Please note this is the pop up window for creating a ticket, once he does create the actual ticket using the above and navigates to the ticket, he can then see all options.

Hi @Gary McDermott 

Welcome to the community.

As explained by  @Mohanraj Thangamuthu, I do want to mention that this is a setting that is user based.

Each user can choose there on view based on the fields available on the screen that is used to create an issue in a project.
