Copying attachments from Jira Service ticket to Jira ticket - automatically

Hi, In my flow when we escalate ticket to our R&D - we create a related ticket from our Jira Service project to a Jira project.

In the create linked issue form there are boxes for copy attachments and copy links - I would like to have those automatically checked - how can I do so?

Hello @Efrat Barak Zadok

If you want to simplify your work and your escalation and don't mind using third-party applications, our Copy & Sync app can help you with that.

You can easily escalate tickets from JSM Project to JS Project by copying and synchronizing them (with comments, attachments, fields, links, and so on) so you keep consistency between your issues. Everything is automated (no need to check boxes).

If you want to have a look at our use case to see how it works or read our documentation for more.

Our app is free under 10 users or you have a 30-Day trial.

Let me know if you have any questions!

Regards

Thibaut
