Convert emails to Issues and Tickets

Hi all,

I have two questions - we start using JIRA Software for cloud and JIRA Service Desk (cloud too).

1. Assuming I have cloud -based JSD and I want my customers to send emails which will be converted to tickets in our system. How to do it? A URL to the relevant article will be highly appreciated

 

2. Assuming we use JIRA Software on cloud and we want to let our users to send emails that will be converted to issues - how to do so? Does any plugin required? We want to let JIRA users or even non-jira users to open issues in that way.
