How to convert  scrum project to a kanban project?

Thanks in Advance,

Think of your Scrum / Kanban boards as really advanced filters/dashboards.  You can make as many as you want and you just supply the filter that populates it.

Go to Boards, View all Boards.  Create Board is in the upper right.

Once the appropriate board is created, you can go to your project, and the 3 dots below the project icon in the upper left (on early 7.x UI) allow you to switch between boards relevant to that project.

Whether Scrum or Kanban, it is simply a Software project.

Your backlog section will be missing if you simply add extra board. And you will need to enable it and make some changes to workflow
