Context in custom field

Right now I can see that there are only 2 context available for a custom field either global or project.

Next it is only for a particular issue type.

is there any plugin available to have more context apart from this ?

No, the context of a custom field is pretty much core functionality in JIRA and it's hardwired into the system.

I'm not sure it makes a lot of sense to have other contexts, especially as all the rest of the configuration is hung off project and issue type as well. 

Could you explain what other context you'd like, as we might be able to do it another way?
