Connect JIRA to Asterisk

Hello dear,

We have a VIOP server (Asterisk 11) and we want connect it to Jira server 7.9.2 for fetch incoming calls, record them and create issue in Jira and attach sound files to JIRA issues through Jira service desk.

Is it possible?and how?
