I'm looking for assistance trying to understand why my gadget keeps failing. I'm trying to configure the Time to Resolution and Time to Response gadget within Dashboard hub using a custom JQL Script. My scripts works with polling data on any other gadget that is not SLA facing. However, whenever I try to poll by Organizations it tell me the organization cannot be found.
I have verified the organization is in fact configured as the rest of my gadget are polling that specific criteria. The gadget works when I used Organization Details, however this does not show me all the same Issues Created/Resolved as just leveraging Organizations.
Any clarity would be greatly appriciated!

I am one of the Admins creating the dashboard. The issue seems solely isolated due configuring the SLA Gadget. The other Gadget I have running are primarily Custom JQL and have had not issues referencing the "Organizations" field within my scripts.
