Configure email notification to include specific fields

The JIRA email notifications do not always include the Priority field for every notification (ie Commented, Resolved, Assigned, Closed, etc.)

Is there a way to specify specific fields to always be included in every notification?

This widget could not be displayed.

This can be done my modifying the mail templates. Please read https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRA051/Customising+Email+Content
