Configure Issue Cards for Team-managed Projects

I understand that for Team-managed projects, you can not customize / configure Jira Issue Cards that you see on the Board view.

Is this on the Jira roadmap? Delivery target date?

Is there a plug-in from the Atlassian Marketplace that will do this?

For my team-managed project, I would like to configure my Issue Cards on the Board View, and the Issue Rows on my Backlog view.

Ideas? Thoughts?

There is a change request to which you can add your vote:

Each change request includes a link to Atlassian's New Feature Policy where you can learn more about how they evaluate and plan enhancement requests.

I'm not aware of any third party app that can provide the functionality, but I can't say that know the details of every app that is available ;-)
