Hi, 

 

Where do we go to submit a configuration request for our Jira project. The previous Jira had the request on the top ribbon and I can't find the new location.

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

We are a community of users of our own Atlassian products. We are not administrators for your Jira instance.

You will need to contact the administrators for your Jira instance to request a configuration change to it.

If you don't know who those people are you can try finding them by:

- contacting the person who invited you to access the Jira system

- contacting the person who is the Project Lead for the project you are accessing

- contacting the internal technical support organization of the company that owns the Jira instance you are accessing.
