Hello 

I have the permission to manage sprit but I cant see complete sprit button or start print button. The complete button some time it show some time it not.

what could be the possible solution for it.

Check your filter for the board.

You need to have manage sprint permissions in all projects of the issues that potentially can be present in the board.
