O Jira não possui um método nativo para filtrar com base na data do comentário. Isso exigiria adicionar um aplicativo de terceiros à sua instância do Jira para estender a funcionalidade de pesquisa. Você consideraria isso, ou você já tem um adicionado?

Jira does not have a native method to filter based on comment date. That would require adding a third party application to your Jira instance to extend the search functionality. Would you consider that, or do you already have one added?
How to filter by last comment date?
When we use "updatedDate < -7d" in a filter, JIRA considers any type of change in the record, such as, for example, fields related to dates.
I would like to select records that have had no comments in the last 7 days.
