Hello,

When I try to post a comment within a particular ticket I get the below error:

The Jira server was contacted but has returned an error response. We are unsure of the result of this operation.

Close this dialog and press refresh in your browser

Not sure how to fix this issue. Please assist.

Never mind. I figured out what the issue was.

I was trying to copy and paste an email and noticed that this 🎓 emoji was in the comment and that's why it wasn't working. Hence why I kept getting the error.
