Comment gérer la phase qualification métier dans le sprint ?

Bonsoir,
La qualif métier est parfois longue, comment l'intégrer dans le sprint sans perturber la vélocité de l'équipe de développement ?
JIRA ne permet pas d'avoir 2 colonnes dans le tableau avec l'état TERMINER.

If I understand your question, you have "job qualification" (selection of work/refinement) prior to the start of development.  And, you do not want to have that on the development board/sprint as that would impact the team's velocity.

If that is correct, you have a few options:

1. Do not track the work of selection/refinement.  Just leave the items in the backlog.
2. Create a separate board and status values to track those steps prior to development.  Then clone/copy the issues which will proceed to development.
3. Change from using Scrum to Kanban to reflect your complete value stream, from creating ideas through development and release.
