Comment Input Bug - Japanese Conversation

I'm using JIRA cloud edition.

When input japanese, convert 'kanji' and 'hiragana' characters from alphabet input.

In many environments, use the return key to confirm the characters.

But, when input a comment to the task of JIRA, pressing return key to confirm the characters, ADDS UNNECESSARY NEW LINES. It's problem.

Environment:

macOS 10.13.5

Safari 11.1.1 (13605.2.8)

ATOK (Japanese IME) 31.0.0
