Colors, Gadget Colors, Date/Time Formats are not displaying in Jira 8.6.1.

Hi Team,

We are unable to see Header Background Color, Header Highlight Background Color, Header Separator Color etc.. under Colors section. And same as for Gadget Colors, Date/Time Formats all are empty after we upgraded our sandbox Jira from 8.3.4 to 8.6.1 for server (using tar ball file).

Is there anything we are missing or its a bug new version?

It was caused due to the "My To-do" plugin. Try to disable plugins and see (try safe mode).
