Jira is complaining about the table collation 'SQL_Latin1_General_CP1_AS;' is unsupported by JIRA. The database collation 'SQL_Latin1_General_CP437_CI_AI'  is supported by JIRA. However our SQL Server 2012 JIRA database is already set to 'SQL_Latin1_General_CP437_CI_AI'  What else can be the issue?

Hi James,

Can you run the tests at How to fix the collation of a Microsoft SQL Server JIRA database? It will show you how to check and fix any part of the database that might be causing this error to be thrown.

Let us know how that goes or if you have any trouble.

Kind Regards,
Shannon
