Change the status of a JSM ticket when the linked Dev ticket resolution is changed

hello team,

im looking for a way to change the status of a JSM ticket once the linked Dev project ticket resolution is changed to a certain value.
Exemple: Change the status of the JSM-001 ticket to closed when the resolution of the Dev-001 ticket is set to delivered after it was resolved.

That is something you can do with an automation rule. That might look somewhat like this:

Thanks dear  @Walter Buggenhout  . 
my issue is that I want my trigger to be a specific resolution, not a status :/ 

 

the workaround I found is to add a new status in the dev Workflow for that specific resolution and do the mentioned automation.

You could also just switch the initial trigger: instead of issue transitioneduse Field value changed:
