Change the default order for comments from ascending to descending (New Issue View)

Using new issue view...needing to sort comments with latest comment at the top.

Details on how to change the sort order for comments can be seen in the following KB article, Noting that this currently does not work on the New issue view, more info on that below:

So if you are using the New Issue View you can disable the new view to be able to use this feature by selectin the Jira Settings option under your Profile Icon in the lower left:

And Deselect this option under the Jira Labs Section:

Once disabled the option noted in the KB will take affect for your profile.
