I am trying to change my email from a personal email address to a work email address and when I click on the link to send a confirmation email to my work address I don't get it. Nothing go's to junk or is marked spam. I have checked with my works email team and they don't see anything in their logs of and email from Atlassian coming inbound to my work email address. Has anyone had this issue before?

Checking the domains of other users on the site where you are a user, I was able to bulk search for blocks on the domain and I found a block on your email (I believe that's your address according to your last name).
550: 550 #5.1.0 Address rejected.
Please, try to send the email again and let us know if you face any issues.
