Hello,
When I am changing my email address, i receive the email confirmation and follow the link. The link then asks me for the password but displays the new email address I have entered. as a result it errors out saying the account does not exist. There is no way to change the email address back the old email because it is a locked field. Selecting to reset password produces the error that the email does not exist.
Please help!

You need to enter the password for the old email address, it's trying to validate that your old email address is supposed to be changing.
