Cant see Git commits in Activity of issues/stories/tasks

Balrajb March 8, 2012

Hi

We have issues to attach Git repository to Jira

We are using Jira 5. We have configured "Bitbucket and GitHub Repositories" /plugins/servlet/project-config/PROJECT-NAME and we can see git repository in "configure" page under "Existing Linked Repositories"

That means JIRA is succesfully connected to Git repository.

PROBLEMS:

Now when go to /browse/PROJECT-NAME, add any issue/stories "Affects Version/s" None "Fix Version/s" None

which should show list of git repository versions.

and second when brow an existing issue - Can't see anything under "Commits" and "Source". Should have commits from GIT repository

Can you please help

Hi there,

I think this is a configuration issue you may want to further consider the documentation the Bitbucket & GitHub Connector plugin.

Hope that helps :)
