Cannot-use-github-private-organization-repos-with-dvcs-connector

Alison Charles August 27, 2014

I am having the same problem described in the following answer, which is 2 years old:

https://answers.atlassian.com/questions/75364/cannot-use-github-private-organization-repos-with-dvcs-connector

Part of the answer says to submit a support ticket so that an engineer can fix the issue. I am going round in circles trying to find how to do this. The article also says that the fix was being deployed to the cloud service within a week of the answer being written, but ours doesn't seem to be working- we are accessing using the DVCS connector only. Can anyone shed any light on the problem, please?

Hey Alison.

The dvcs connector can have multiple errors when it's not connecting to a github repo.

We need more info on what's actually going on with yours, so some error logs or print screens would be helpful.

Also you mentioned that you could not open an issue on our support site. You can do that at http://support.atlassian.com, remember that you'll have to have an account on it to make this!
