Cannot reorder tickets on the board vertically

I noticed that when I created a new (kanban)board in my current project, I could not re-order tickets up and down the To Do column, to prioritize them.

Where can I fix this from ?

Hi @Mirela Todorova ,

You need to enable the Ranking to move the tickets up and down on the board.

 

Only a Jira administrator or a board administrator can enable ranking. Enabling ranking adds ORDER BY Rank ASC to the filter's query.
