Cannot find issue type on the dropdown map to in the external Xray importer

Hi everyone,

please i cannot find the issue type on the "Map to" dropdown field when using the external csv importer for Xray.

it's shown nothing when typing "Issue type".

For the most of the other column it's ok and i did find the mapping field.

I'm using Jira 7.13 and Xray 3.3.6_j7

Can you please Help ?

Hi Wajih,

Using the Test Case Importer you can only import Tests, in order to importer other issues types we suggest that you use the importer of Jira:
