Cannot fetch web request in Jira fields.

I create an automation rule to be scheduled on a weekly basis to get the conversion rate and update the Jira fields for the conversion rate. I have a custom field called 'Sourcing Project in portal view. Also, I have backend fields like Euro Conversion Rate, GBP Conversion Rate, USD Conversion Rate, AED Conversion Rate, and OMR Conversion Rate. Now when I update Sourcing Project in the form, it should convert to AED and update in the backend fields mentioned above using the API key. Now I cannot fetch web requests in Jira fields I mentioned.
