Cannot enable Atlassian Intelligence

Hello,

We have premium, I am a site admin, but I canntot see any "settings" section with "atlassian intelligence" available. I would like to use it to help me write an automation rule.

As per this article, you must be an Organization Admin in order to enable or disable Atlassian Intelligence for a site/product under the Organization.
