I have problems with creating requests via email in Jira. There are 4 projects and for each of them a unique email address is used. Everything is set up correctly:
But there is no info in processing logs in all 4 of these projects. What can be the reason of this problem?

The users sending the email need permissions to create tickets in the project - unless they are service management projects.
If you search the logs you should see permissions errors against the senders.
Set a Default Reporter in the email handler config, page 2 and see if that allow them through.
