Cannot create classic or next-gen project

When I try to create bot a classic or a next-gen software project I get the error message: "For some reason, the magic didn't happen. Click Create to try again." 

I have tried from several browsers and cleared the cache but nothing works. 

I'm the site admin and I'm on the cloud trial version.

I need to set up my project before I will consider buying the solution.

The underlying issue that originally caused this error was corrected some time ago. I've opened a ticket in our support system on your behalf so we can investigate what you're seeing in your Jira trial. Be on the lookout for an email from our support system with further details.

I have the same error on my Jira system.

I get the message " "For some reason, the magic didn't happen. Click Create to try again."  I am unable to create a software project on Jira Cloud.

Nothing works.
