My team gets tickets from Service Desk and also have their own Team Board.
For awhile, they've been working off 2 separate boards, but it's hard to figure out what to pick up next and split release information.
We then tried duplicating the Service Desk ticket onto the Team Board, but that makes communication with requestors difficult
So we are trying to setup a board with both project tickets visible, but een though we can see all the tickets, but then I lose all the Board functions like Releases/Components etc...
Any suggestions on how we could do this or other ways to go about handling this situation?
