Can the main menus be disabled/hidden?

I would like to Hide/disable menus "Dashboards", "Projects" but I can't find out how. Is it even possible?

Hi @Vasco Nunes

You can disable it, to do this please go to Admin--> Add-on --> manage add-on --> select System.

Find Top Navigation Bar add-on and disable Dashboard link and Browse selected project link module.
